TatStore.com does not offer returns or refunds on any consumable products (e.g. ink, tat-off, tanning solution, etc.).

There are no returns of equipment or nonconsumable products.  All equipment comes with a one (1) year warranty (this includes refurbished and used items).

This one year warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Please call our toll free number to report your problem. Our technicians may be able to resolve the problem without returning your equipment. If in fact you do need to return your equipment, follow the return instructions provided to you by your technician, and we will repair your equipment and return it to you at no cost.

Power Systems have a 30 day money back guarantee which starts when you receive your Power System.

In the case of Power System returns, all returned products will be refunded. For consumables, such as ink and cleaners they will be weighed to determine the amount that was returned and that will be refunded on a percentage basis. All returned equipment will be refunded for full price, as long as they are returned in accordance with our return instructions such that no damage was caused to the equipment in transit.

After the return is appraised, a small return fee will be deducted from the total return.

Every Power System is subject to a small return fee.
