I just had to tell everyone.... We just got hired to do a fair! It is this weekend and they want us there for a total of 12 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are WAY past excited!!!!!!

How do you
quote a price for a 12 hour gig and/or know if you're getting paid a fair price? what are some things you would negotiate for being paid, i.e., do they provide and set up a booth for you, do you specify where you want to be located, etc?

I have a set price that I charge per hour. I compared prices that everyone charged that I could find and then decided what to charge from there.

I did not pick the spot I was set up in. I provide everything I need for the gig except electric.
