I was in a mall for several months and I don't think I would do it if it was Tuesday through Thursday. Those days added together would be one Friday. Your mall may be different but I would be sure to get it at the right price and don't lock in too long. Malls want you to be there 11 hours a day every day and sign up for an extended period. They will also want insurance including an additional insured certificate so if you don't have that yet you will need it. The best part of being in a mall was access to people that were having birthdays or graduations so be sure you have plenty of signage and handouts about your parties.

Ask for key metrics from the mall: Sales per square foot, foot traffic, and vacancy rates. I would suggest over $300/ft, 10 million + foot traffic, and more than 90% occupied. Ask them where they get their numbers, if it is an outdoor lifestyle mall the foot traffic number will not be accurate.

If everything looks good and you are still interested see if they will let you do it for a week or a month before you sign up for too much. They always try to be strict with rules but at the end of the day they will bend to get money just like the rest of us.

There are a thousand things that I learned in the mall - if you have any specific questions feel free to pm me and I'll do my best to give my 2 cents.
