Most Excellent news! Not only am I thrilled that the dials are finally available, but I am glad that Tat International won!

Lloyd has told me how great the dial was that he tested - in our biz, faster is definitely better!

So is there a list or eta for those of us waiting on a PP? How many dials are in stock - is there enough to cover those that have paid?

I just received a call from Tat International and I was told today they will send my power palette today !!

so, if some of you guys (girls) are waiting like i was for a long time, be patience and maybe you'll receive the next call.

Each person waiting for a power palette will be called first and arrangements will be made to send it out. Each dial and power palette assembly must be tested first, though, so it will take a short while before we get everything to everyone.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me again for an entire season with similar announcements, shame on me. I actually believe you that they are here now so I guess we will find out where the shame ends up.

The season is starting up fast for me and I am booked at a lot of new venues so a power palette sure sounds great. Anyone that has read what I've written on here knows that I was and still am upset. Anyone that hasn't read here it is for you - I trust TAT International, unless they are talking about the power palette, and will continue to buy their products because I believe they are better than I have tried elsewhere. On the other hand I think they treated all of their customers poorly through the dial situation (and continue to) and it was enough for me to invest significant money on other inks looking to replace duratat which I like. To each is own but I think that TAT and Kirk owe us more than a video bragging about a product because that is what he did last year and I still received nothing.

I was booked at a small art festival recently and if I had treated my customers the way I was treated by TAT I would never be asked back. I didn't collect money and spray a black TAT telling the customer to come back later for color.

For some reason I still hold out hope that I will actually get a power palette but until it is in my hands...

All of that being said - welcome to the new people, great to see and hear from the old timers. I hope this season is better than your last! I have built a new portable TAT station and will be posting a thread about it soon. I still love this business and love that TAT does not censor things on their own website!

I am going to place an order for more duraTAT right now so I can keep on going.

The new dial looks like the one on my QCC. If it's the same, it will work well. I haven't had any problems with the dial. It still works like new.

If the price isn't too high for a non-mvp, I may order an extra dial for a backup in the event I experience a problem in the future.

If you are waiting for a Power Palette or Power Palette dial, you don't have to wait. Call TAT at 1-800-280-8198 and tell them you want it now.

If you are told anything other than something like: "We'll ship your ______ on _____." Call me at the same 800 and leave a message as I'm out of town, but I'll call in for my messages daily.

Have to get my Spectrum cleaned up to send back to tat store now that I got my PP I have been waiting on. Was woundering what the best way to clean the lines and stuff is with out useing a gallon of Alcahol, (I have been using EBA ink).

EBA is Alcohol based ink so that is the best way to clean that system. I would use 90% or 99% run it in to the lines and let it sit for a while. I have also used simple green with good success.

Got my new PP today and the dial doesn't seem to fit my gun everytime I try to put the dial in it just falls out I can't get it to stay in any ideas or suggestions got the gun from Olive Branch close to a year ago it works fine with the Spectrum I have been using.
Any help would be great.
