To avoid getting lint in your lines which will buildup in the dial and restrict the flow of ink, I use a lint-free rag when cleaning my PP and airbrushes. When you take the ink bottles off of your PP and wipe the ink off of the lines, lint will stick to the line and get inside your PP when you flush the system. The alcohol (or water) you use to flush your PP will pick up the lint and send it down your lines and get stuck at the tip of your dial. Best to use a lint-free rag and make sure there are no particles on your lines before putting the bottles back onto your PP.
